Reservations:
At the time of booking a safari 50% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to enable us secure the necessary reservations. The balance should be settled 30 days before commencement of the arrival date. If bookings are made one month or less before departure, the entire cost must be paid to secure permits and accommodation depending on availability.

Mode of payment:
Payment id made by ether cash payment at our office premises or International wire transfer to our specific company bank account in Tanzania to be provided to you upon confirmation. We do not accept credit cards at the moment as it requires some minimum standards to observe. However in the near future, together with our banks are steaming the whole process and this will service will be made available.

Cancellations:
All cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to certain changes based on estimated losses and are as follows;

• 60-30 days – 50% of tour cost
• 30-15 days – 75% of tour cost
• 15 days or less prior or no show: 100% of tour cost.

Clients will receive no refunds of any money paid once the safaris has commenced, uncompleted tour for any reason, unused portions of the program, substitution of accommodation, game viewing, tour and not appearing for any accommodation. No refund of any money paid for the safari if itinerary is amended after departure, may result to additional cost.

Insurance:
We strongly advice all clients when booking your holiday to arrange valid and effective travelers insurance policy to cover health, medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss an unexpected cancellation of the trip.

Taxes, Entrance and Gratuities:
Charges for entrance to game parks and wildlife reserves are all included in the itinerary as well as hotel taxes.

Note included in the package price:
Laundry, visas, excess baggage fees, gratuities to drivers, guides and escorts, airport departure taxes, meals not specified in your itinerary, room service, beverages, communication charges, air fares unless stated in the itinerary.

Accommodations and meals:
Quoted price on the itinerary does include accommodation based on double occupancy.  There is a single room supplement fee for single room occupancy. Meals are included in the price quoted unless stated otherwise.

Limitations and Liabilities:
Globeinter Safaris give notice that they act as agents only for the suppliers providing means of transport and/or all related travel services and assumes no responsibility for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: detention, act of God, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, theft, force majeure, strikes, annoyance, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which it has no control and civil disturbance.

IMPPORTANT NOTICE:
We reserve the right to change any price, services or other particulars contained in itineraries at any time as the tour price are based on all prevailing economic conditions at the time of transfer.

Globeinter Safaris reserves the right to alter or modify any prior arrangements of the itinerary when deemed advisable for the comfort and safety of passengers.
